Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility: This policy applies to all participants who are funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and wish to access services at our practice. Participants must have NDIS funding available under the appropriate support categories. 2. Booking: By booking a session, the participant (or their nominated representative) agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. 3. Invoicing and Payment: Invoices will be issued after each session and must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment is accepted via bank transfer or other approved payment methods detailed on the invoice. If the participant is self-managed, they are responsible for processing the invoice with their NDIS funds. If the participant is plan-managed, the invoice will be sent directly to the plan manager for processing. If the participant is NDIA-managed, prior approval must be obtained before services commence. 4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee, in line with NDIS guidelines. 5. Changes to Appointments: We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we encourage participants to communicate as soon as possible if rescheduling is needed. You can make changes to your appointments using the online booking system. Any changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will need to notified via contacting the Little Farm Directly with the provided phone number.
